Welcome to the Patient Portal.  Please note that this portal has been updated from the earlier version as of July 2014.  In order to access your child's immunization records, growth chart information or to request non-urgent appointments, you must provide our office with the email address you intend to use for your log-in. 

If you are an existing patient and you have not provided our office with an email address, please call our office prior to creating an account. If you have provided our office an email address, please continue to the "Create an Account" screen (bottom left of this page).  You will be asked for your first name, last name and that email address.  A temporary password will be sent to that email address which you can change after you log-in the first time.  

Once you have created an account and have logged into the patient portal, you should see your children listed.  If you do not see your children listed, or only see a part of your family, please do not re-register your children.  Instead, please call our office and we can correct any errors that may have occured.  

If you are a new patient to Bainbridge Pediatrics, you can create an account and register your children directly from the portal.  We do not need your email address prior to creating the account.  

This Patient Portal is provided by Bainbridge Pediatrics for the exclusive use of its patients and authorized parents, legal guardians, and other caregivers. By logging in, you attest that you are a member of one of the aforementioned groups and will use any confidential medical information that is disclosed to you only for its intended purposes. Any other use is strictly forbidden. If you believe that the security of your account has been compromised, please notify us immediately so we can reset your credentials.
